This transfers operational responsibility; it does not create support or availability guarantees.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Name service, storage, security, release, and on-call owners. Provide deployed values, secret inventory, monitoring, backups, and private incident access.
Acceptance Procedure
Section titled “Acceptance Procedure”- Reproduce release verification and rendering.
- Start or upgrade staging.
- Verify migrations, health/readiness, metrics, authorization, revocation, and audit.
- Trigger alerts and confirm routing.
- Produce data and separate secret backups; restore both in isolation.
- Rehearse dependency failure and security intake.
- Record known limits and absent enterprise assurances.
Acceptance Evidence
Section titled “Acceptance Evidence”Retain version/digests, values, migration/readiness output, canary IDs, alert tests, restore results, owners, escalation, and risks.
Recovery
Section titled “Recovery”Reject handoff when an owner, secret, backup, alert, or recovery test is missing. Continue staging ownership until closed.
